Our promise
We want you to love your ZELÉRA ritual. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
30-day returns
- Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened products may be returned within 14 days if you experienced a reaction or issue.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
